The purpose of the GMBC Prayer Ministry is to promote daily and ongoing prayer throughout the church body. It is our mission to "Advance the Kingdom through passionate, purposeful, and powerful prayer while promoting God's love for the benefit of His people and the manifestation of His Glory." This ministry stands upon the word of God in believing that "the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:16
The GMBC Prayer Ministry is an intricate component of the church as it will empower other ministries to thrive through prayer and supplication. The ministry consists of a team of members that are led and guided by the working of the Holy Spirit, praying in accordance to the perfect will of God. Intercessors will not only pray collectively but individually and have an incessant spirit of prayer.
